About Super Duplex 32750 / 32760 Pipe & Tube

Super Duplex 32750 and 32760 pipes and tubes are made from a duplex stainless steel alloy, which is a combination of austenitic and ferritic microstructures. This alloy is known for its high strength and excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for use in a wide range of industrial applications, particularly in the oil and gas industry.

Super Duplex 32750 and 32760 pipes and tubes are available in both seamless and welded forms. Seamless pipes and tubes are made by drawing a solid billet through a die and mandrel process, resulting in a pipe or tube with a smooth surface finish and no welds or seams. Welded pipes and tubes, on the other hand, are made by welding two separate pieces of metal together. Electric resistance welded (ERW) pipes are made by passing a hot rolled coil through a series of rollers to create a tube shape, which is then welded together.

Super Duplex 32750/32760 is a duplex stainless steel alloy that has a high yield strength and excellent corrosion resistance. This alloy is particularly well-suited for use in the oil and gas industry, as it has a high resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, making it suitable for use in harsh environments.
