This titanium-based steel provides excellent resistance to intra-granular wear and does not exhibit a chromium carbide precipitation range when exposed to temperatures between 800°C and 1500°F (400-816°C). Additionally, copper, an element in the 15-5ph grade, is highly resistant to pressure usage cracking, crevice disintegration, chrome and phosphorus, sulphur, and acidic acids.
