About Nickel 200/ 201 Forged fitting

Nickel, whether in the form of an alloy or element, has made significant contributions to society and continues to provide additional materials to meet the increasing demand. Its versatility allows it to be alloyed with almost any other metal, making it suitable for various applications across different industries. Nickel alloys are primarily composed of nickel and offer excellent flexibility, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance, making them ideal for applications in nuclear and energy generation power plants.
Nickel 201 Forged Fittings are manufactured using forged steel as the primary material. Forging forged steel fittings involves several steps, including heating and cutting billets, applying pressure to heated billets while trimming and shot blasting, and forming the appropriate shape. These fittings are available in socket weld end connections and may be threaded, depending on the specific use of the forged fitting. Several types of Nickel 200 Forged Fittings include Tees, Elbows, Half-couples, and Couplings. Tees are used to split or combine process flow, and Diminishing Tees are used to modify the pipe size. When fitted in two separate lengths, elbows change the direction of the pipe or tube, usually from 45 degrees to 90 degrees. They have male and female ends, eliminating the need for a nipple pipe during installation. Half-couples consist of a screw placed into the pipe and an additional part that is either deeply welded or installed on the end section of the pipe or vessel.
