About Stainless Steel 347/347H Flanges
Flanges made of stainless steel 347 feature niobium traces, forming chromium carbides close to the grain boundary. SS 347 Flanges are utilised with ventilation systems and tubes linked to industrial boilers that experience severe wear. These flanges have excellent toughness at shallow temperatures and are resistant to extreme oxidation. Carbon is used during the manufacturing of Stainless Steel 347 Flanges to increase durability. At temperatures exceeding 1000°F, alloys 304 and 347 H perform increased creep resistance and superior strength.
Furthermore, it is resistant to the corrosive environment. At temperatures exceeding 1000°F, alloys 304 and 347 H perform increased creep resistance and significant strength. Moreover, it is resistant to intergranular corrosion.
Properties of Stainless Steel 347/347H Flanges:
